• An initial nutritional assessment will help to design an individualized program that will encourage clients to get involved and take charge of their own health.
• Clients are advised on making improvements to their eating habits.
• Clients may be recommended to take specific supplements (vitamins, herbs and homeopathics) that will strengthen their immune system, eliminate nutritional deficiencies and allergies,  thereby encouraging ultimate wellness.
• Nutritional counselling is used in conjunction with BASE Allergy Therapy.

• A non-invasive hands-on healing method that releases energy blockages and thereby relieves pain.
• Reiki Practitioners first sense "hot spots" on the body by scanning the body with their hands. They then apply healing energy to the body using their hands.
• It is  a very relaxing treatment that encourages the body to release pain and encourage healing.

     Fees: $50.00 per hour

• Muscle Testing is a non-invasive method of evaluating the body’s imbalances and assessing its needs. It involves testing the body’s responses when applying slight pressure to the client's arm as the client resists the pressure, while the client holds a substance or energy vial in his/her hand,. If the client finds it difficult to resist and his/her arm goes weak, this indicates an imbalance or sensitivity.

• It is used  to provide information on energy blockages, the functioning of the organs, nutritional deficiencies, and food sensitivities. It can also be used to test the body’s responses to herbs, supplements, medications and other remedies.

         Fees:  $75.00

• During Electrodermal Screening, the client holds an electrode in one hand while the practitioner presses another electrode against an acupuncture point on a specific finger on the  other hand. Both electrodes are connected to the EDS unit, which measures the voltage differential between the electrodes and the acupuncture points in the client's hands.
  
• The optimal reading is 50 millivolts (plus or minus 5 mV).  If it reads above 55 mV, this indicates an overstimulated or yang state, which causes the body to be hyper or stressed. If it reads  below  45 mV, this indicates an understimulated or yin state, which causes the body to be tired and weak.
  
• Allergies, sensitivities and deficiencies can be successfully tested using EDS.
• EDS is painless and shows a high a degree of accuracy.
